This site is for information, scoping and requests. Any crew, landman or title-research engagement is governed only by a signed master service agreement (MSA), work order or engagement letter, which controls over anything on this site.
Accepting these terms
By using landman.agency (the "site") or sending information through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
What the site is, and is not
The crew math, the call-out board and the other content on the site are for information and scoping. They are not legal, accounting, tax or title advice, and they are not an attorney's opinion on title.
- No attorney-client relationship and no binding contract. Sending a call sheet or an email does not create either.
- The crew math is arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It is not a quote. Actual rates, expenses and schedules are set in a signed work order.
Acceptable use
Use the site only for lawful business requests. Do not:
- Run scrapers, crawlers or other tools to harvest the site's content or tools in bulk.
- Send false, deceptive or spam submissions.
- Probe, breach or try to get around the site's security, rate limits or servers.
- Pretend to be another person, business or licensed professional.
Intellectual property
The text, the crew math, the marks, the layout and the drawings on this site belong to Our Landmen LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages that come from using or relying on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
